What is it?
An interactive pop-up where your visitors scratch a virtual card to reveal a prize (discount, free shiping, etc.). To claim it, they enter their email address
How does it work for the visitor?
The popup appears with a scratch card
Scratch with your finger/mouse to reveal the prize
Enter their email to receive the code
Receive the coupon on screen and via email
How do I set it up?
Step 1: Create
Go to Popups → Create popup → Scratch Card
Step 2: Customize design
Upload your logo
Choose colors that match your brand
Optionally, upload a background image for the prize
Step 3: Write the text
Edit the titles and messages for each screen (scratch, email, prize)
Configure which fields to request (email only, or also name/phone number)
Step 4: Set up the prize
Choose the type: percentage, fixed amount, or free shipping
Set the discount value
Configure whether it has an expiration date
Step 5: Define when it appears
Upon entering the site, upon leaving, after X seconds, etc.
Choose which pages it appears on
Set how often it reappears for the same user
Step 6: Activate
Save and activate the popup

Yes, you decide the prize. Everyone who plays wins the same thing.
Are the coupons unique?
Yes, each user receives a unique code that cannot be reused.
Can I set an expiration date for the coupon?
Yes, you can choose a fixed date or have it expire X days after it’s generated.
Does it integrate with my store?
Coupons are automatically created in Tiendanube/your connected platform.
What happens if the user closes the popup?
You can activate a floating button (trigger) so they can reopen it.
Can I see who played?
Yes, in the subscribers section you can see all the captured emails.
