Every store gets the same questions over and over: how long does shipping take?, how do I return an item?, can I pay in installments? Every time a customer can't find the answer, they contact support — or worse, they leave without buying.
The FAQ widget displays an accordion directly on the page: the most common questions, answered, right where the customer needs them.
What does the accordion show?
Questions and answers in an expandable accordion format
Optional widget title (e.g. "Frequently asked questions")
Up to 8 default questions ready to edit when you create the widget
Where it appears:
It can be placed in 9 different positions: before or after the product description, below the product container, above or below the home page banners and featured sections, and at the top or bottom of the product listing page.
The scope is also configurable: show it across the entire store, only on specific products, or only on products from certain categories.
Design that fits your store:
Background color, title color, text color, border color, border radius, and accordion icon style (plus, chevron, or arrow) — all customizable.
To activate it, go to Widgets → FAQ and create your first accordion.
