[Reviews] What's new: channel conversion, coupon sales and date filters in your dashboard

September 2026

Your reviews dashboard now shows you which channel is working best and how much revenue the coupons you give away for reviews actually generated. You can also filter everything by date and compare against the previous period.

How many reviews each channel brings you

You'll see two new cards: WhatsApp conversion and Email conversion. Each one shows what percentage of the messages you sent ended in a review.

Two things about how it's calculated, so the number is actually useful:

  • Only delivered messages count. If a WhatsApp message never arrived, it won't drag your conversion down.

  • It's measured per order, not per review. If a customer bought three products and left three reviews from the same message, that counts as one customer who responded, not three.

For WhatsApp, both modes are included: the one that sends a link and the one that asks for the review inside the conversation.

How much your review coupons sell

If you give out a discount coupon in exchange for a review, we can now tell you what happened with those coupons: Coupon sales shows how many orders were paid using one, and Coupon revenue shows how much those orders brought in.

It's the concrete answer to "is that discount worth it?".

Filter by date and compare with the previous period

At the top of the dashboard you'll find the usual date picker: Today, This Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, This Year, or any range you pick on the calendar.

Every metric follows that filter, and each card shows in green or red how it performed compared to the previous period of the same length. If you look at the last 30 days, it compares against the 30 days before that.

The chart groups however you need it

The reviews chart now has a selector to view it by Week, Month or Year, depending on whether you want the day-to-day detail or the yearly trend.

Your reviews on the main dashboard too

We added a Reviews Received chart and four cards to Nuby's main dashboard: total reviews, average rating, coupon sales and coupon revenue. That way you can track reviews alongside the rest of your tools without opening the section.

Since when this data is measured

Channel conversion and coupon sales started being measured on August 28, 2026. Before that date we weren't storing the detail needed to calculate them, so if you filter an earlier period those cards will show up empty. The rest of the metrics (total reviews, average rating, media) keep your full history.

These improvements are already available for all stores. If you have questions about reading your metrics, reach out to us 💬
