Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A WordPress site (version 5.0 or higher)
Access to the WordPress admin panel
Permissions to install plugins
An account on nubysolutions.com (free)
Step 1: Create Your Nuby Account
1. Visit nubysolutions.com
2. Click “Sign Up” or “Try Free”
3. Fill in your details:
- First and last name
- Password
4. Verify your email if necessary
5. Log in to your Nuby dashboard
Tip: Save your login credentials; you’ll need them later.
Step 2: Install the WordPress Plugin
Download the plugin’s ZIP file from your Nuby account
Go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Select the downloaded ZIP file
Click “Install Now”
Activate the plugin
Step 3: Connect WordPress to Nuby
Go to the WordPress side menu
Find and click on “Nuby” (megaphone icon)
You'll see the settings page with the status “Not Connected”
Click the “Connect to Nuby” button
What happens next:
A new window/tab will open
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in
Once authenticated, the connection will be established automatically
You will be redirected back to WordPress
Step 4: Verify the Connection
After connecting, you should see:
Status: Connected (with a green checkmark)
Script Active - Confirms that Nuby is loading
User ID - Your unique identifier
Available buttons:
Go to Control Panel - Takes you to your Nuby dashboard
Help - Documentation and support
Disconnect - To disconnect the plugin if necessary
Step 5: Set Up Your Marketing Tools
Click “Go to Control Panel”
