In this article you’ll learn how to set up your stock notifications from scratch

Updated over a week ago

🔔 Stock notifications

When a product in your store goes out of stock, you usually lose the sale: the customer wants to buy, but can’t.

With our tool, that’s no longer a problem. You can enable a custom button and form that will appear automatically only when the selected product or variant is out of stock.

✨ “Notify me when in stock” button

The button is fully customizable:

  • You can change the text, design, and visual style.

  • It only appears when the product is out of stock.

📝 Reminder form

When the customer clicks the button, a fully customizable form appears:

  • Choose the fields, text, and design.

  • This allows you to collect customer information so you can notify them when the product becomes available again.

💌 Email and whatsApp notifications

You can fully customize the messages your customers will receive when stock is restocked:

  • Customize the email and WhatsApp message with your own text and design.

  • The system will automatically send the email with a button (CTA) that links directly to the product page.

  • If the customer provided their phone number, you’ll see a WhatsApp button to send the preconfigured message via the “click to chat” feature, using your company’s number.

📊 Request Management

As customers request notifications, you’ll see all requests in your dashboard, including:

  • Customer details.

  • The requested product.

  • The status of each request.

⚙️ Settings

  1. Go to the following link:

  2. Click the “Settings” button.

    From there, you can edit:

    • Enable or disable the tool.

    • The button design.

    • The form design.

    • The email template.

    • The WhatsApp template.

📈 Dashboard

You can also manage and view all requests from the dashboard:

  1. Go back to the link:

  2. Click on “Dashboard”.

In the “Notification Requests” tab, you’ll see all your customers’ requests along with their status:

    • Pending: the product is still out of stock.

    • Sent: the system has already automatically notified the customer.

If the customer provided their phone number, the system will let you send the WhatsApp message directly with a single click.

You also have an “Out-of-Stock Products” tab, where you can easily search for sold-out products.
